• analyze site usage and understand which features are useful;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

AIToolHunt is a public directory. Product listings, descriptions, logos, screenshots, categories, tags, links, launch status, badges, votes, featured labels, sponsor labels, and other listing metadata may be visible to visitors, search engines, feeds, newsletters, and other discovery channels.

Do not submit confidential information, private credentials, personal contact details, trade secrets, or materials you are not allowed to publish.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process billing details, card information, tax information, fraud signals, and transaction data under their own terms and privacy policies.

We receive payment-related records needed to confirm purchases, activate listings or placements, respond to billing questions, process refunds, and keep financial records.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

• with service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, authentication, email, analytics, payments, customer support, security, and content management;
• publicly, when information is part of a listing, sponsor placement, badge, launch page, blog mention, search result, or other public directory feature;
• with payment providers, banks, and dispute processors when needed for checkout, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or chargebacks;
• with law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or when needed to protect rights, safety, users, or the integrity of AIToolHunt;

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet service, storage system, payment system, or email channel is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

AIToolHunt is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Listings and pages may link to third-party websites, products, payment providers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy as AIToolHunt, our providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
